We’re glad you chose — where your style matters. We want your shopping experience to be as seamless as your outfit. Below you’ll find our clear-cut policy on cancellations, returns, and refunds.


Need to Cancel? You’ve Got 24 Hours

Plans change—and we get that. If you’d like to cancel an order, act quickly:

  • Send an email to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • We’ll cancel it at no cost and issue a full refund.

More than 24 hours later? Your item is likely already in production. Because our products are made to order, cancellations are no longer possible beyond that point.


No Exchanges – Please Confirm Before You Order

We don’t process exchanges for changes in:

  • Size
  • Design
  • Quantity

Be sure to review all selections before finalizing your purchase. If you make a mistake, simply cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one. Need sizing tips? Just reach out — we’re here to help.


Returns & Refunds – We’re Here If Things Go Wrong

We accept returns up to 180 days after delivery under the right circumstances. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

You can return an item if:

  • It arrived damaged or broken
  • You received a different item from what you ordered
  • The size, color, or material significantly differs from the description
  • You got the wrong item altogether

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products missing original tags or packaging
  • Minor thread flaws or cosmetic imperfections
  • Damage not caused by us

To Submit a Refund Claim

Please contact [email protected] and include the following:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation)
  • Clear photos or videos of the item and issue
  • Copy of the shipping label or delivery receipt
  • Screenshots of any relevant communication

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Please wait for approval before mailing any returns.


Shipping Returns Back to Us

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds: How & When

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Your refund will be processed within 2 business days
  • We’ll notify you via email once it’s been issued
  • Most banks will process the refund within 10–15 business days

180-Day Return Period

Returns must be initiated within 180 days from the delivery date. After that, unfortunately, the order becomes final and ineligible for refunds or returns.


Extra Reminders

  • Don’t send anything back without our confirmation email
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments
  • Only returns in original condition will be accepted
  • All return shipping is at the customer’s expense
