✅ Within 2 hours of purchase: We can cancel your order at no cost and issue a full refund.
⚠️ After 2 hours but within 24 hours of purchase: Since production has already started, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
❌ After 24 hours: Your order has been completed and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
