Shipping Policy

At Vazava, our goal is simple: to ensure your order reaches you efficiently, safely, and on time. This policy outlines how and when we ship your items, what to expect, and what you need to know to avoid delays.


Order Processing Schedule

All orders are processed once payment has been accepted. We operate on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00 / New York) will be processed the same business day. Orders received after that will be processed on the next business day.

Our customer support hours are 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.

Non-processing holidays include:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Presidents’ Day (February 17)
  • Memorial Day (May 26)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (September 1)
  • Thanksgiving Day (November 27)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

We utilize a combination of trusted carriers for fulfillment and last-mile delivery. These include:

  • EMS
  • Local postal services

Estimated Delivery Timeline & Costs

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier service performance. Once a package is in transit, delays related to weather, volume, or other third-party factors are beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the continental United States.
We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • International destinations

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a tracking link to your provided email address. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder. You may also track your package on our Order Tracking page.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system. If tracking information is not immediately available, it means your parcel is still being scanned or processed by the carrier.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us for assistance.


Custom & Personalized Orders

If your order includes customization or special requests, please allow additional time for our design team to prepare your item. The duration depends on the complexity of your design and will be communicated as needed.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
  • Delivery to unintended recipients due to user input errors
  • Returned parcels due to address issues
  • Delays caused by the need to manually verify addresses
  • Packages lost or damaged after being redirected or forwarded at your request

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will be charged for delivery to the corrected address.
